The American Cancer Society states that "Aging is an important risk factor for the development of breast cancer in men. Men with breast cancer average about 67 years old at the time of their diagnosis." All to frequently I hear or read that men much younger are being diagnosed. My husband was diagnosed shortly after his 44th birthday and now we have a man diagnosed at 24.
